This is our 2nd experience with water cleanup by VODA. Our water softener unfortunately regenerated at a time when the drain was closed so we had lots of clean water in the unfinished basement and it absorbed into a joining carpet area. Milan came out within a couple hours, we approved his estimate and he started work immediately. We are very happy with the outcome, the price was reasonable , and hope we don’t need to , but we would use this VODA again.
