I scheduled an estimate for cleaning at 4:30 PM. Then, around 2:17 PM the lady named Apolonia, messaged me asking if she can come early at 3:40 PM. I agreed and nobody showed up at 3.40 and nobody showed up at 4:30 PM either, No call, no text, no explanation. I tried calling it but went straight to voicemail. There was no answer. I waited, 24 hours again no answer.

Apolonia was professional, timely, and communicative. When they left, my house was cleaner than it's ever been.

Apolonia was great! She came in ready to work and did a wonderful job. She even cleaned a few spots that I could not get to. We are looking forward to having her back again and again.

Everything was spotless. The apartment looked as clean as when I moved it. Side note-I got my full deposit returned to me. I intend to use Happy Maid cleaning on a monthly basis now!!
