The only downside was not WW fault. Based on the age of the property, they were required to use the lead-abatement procedures mandated by the government. This added delay, cost and additional hassle to the process.

The window crew, Butch and Brian, did a great job, particularly with installing the new inside trim. The siding crew also did a great job. Travis, the siding project manager, visited frequently during the work. He even ensured that there was plywood placed under the dumpster when it was set on the driveway to prevent scraping. This is the second time we have used Bordner for a big project and are pleased with the results."

The really only major complaint I had was the crew's attention to detail, and their final clean-up was not as good as out it could/should have been. Also, the crew got white caulking on my newly installed black roofing shingles, at the front of my home, which can still be seen."

Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"
