The Simms & Sons Cleaning are a established family business offering top of the line cleaning services. We specialize in cleaning new and not-so-new vacant homes, apartments, apartment complexes, AIRBNB, commercial, townhomes and duplexes. Our top priority is getting rid of the unnecessary (dust, filth, grime, etc.) to help you prepare for the next family/client or customer to move in. We work hard and stand on our words. They only clean empty homes--like after move out or prior to move in. But they come in with a team and work quickly and efficiently. I had them clean my new home prior to move in and after I move out of my old home, I will have them clean it before it goes on the market.

Miss Yolanda and her team were extremely personable, kind, timely, and easy to make transactions with. Yolanda came to my home initially to do a free walk-through consultation to communicate her teams services at a high level and introduce herself. Her team was well ahead of time for our appointment for my one-time cleaning for move out and left my home extremely cleaned down to the details. I am certain my property will be happy with the services. This took a lot of stress off my shoulders with move out responsibilities!

I was needing a one-time move out deep cleaning at the home I had recently moved out from. Advanced lead-timing was short, and I had inquired for help using Angiâ s list. Simms and Sons Cleaning was one of a few different companies that reached out. Within a few hours time (Yolanda) they were meeting with me to discuss needs and provided an estimate. Yolanda was wonderful and worked with me to tailor a pricing and work-scope that fit my budget, and they committed to doing the work within a few days! I applaud the level of communication and support I received from them. They arrived on time and did an excellent job with the cleaning and had me do walkthroughs on their progress over the time they were working, to ensure I was pleased and getting what I had hoped. I highly recommend this cleaning company (Simms and Sons Cleaning), for price, communication and quality of cleaning service provided!

From the appointment with her for the estimate and the completion of the cleaning service she and her staff were awesome. Very professional, understanding, and they absolutely did what they said they would do. I was so happy and pleased with the whole experience with them and would definitely highly recommend this company to anyone who needs fast, efficient service and a sparkling home. I can't thank her enough for taking all the worry off my mind and getting my apartment ready for my move.

"Hello, Vicki Before the job was completely finished and did a walk thru with you and your son Mark and you BOTH agreed everything was good, especially Mark. Whatever equipment you are speaking of I am not sure what that can be. We were able to vacuum both rooms to Mark's satisfaction. Also, remind you that you guys did not have any water for our staff to use in the basement area and had to transport water back and forth from upstairs to downstairs cutting into our time and labor when I was told that the water would be on before starting the project. So, Putting a bad review does not rectify any issue after you both told me everything looks good,"

Yolanda, her brother, and her crew did a wonderful job. They were asked to prepare my house for sale, and they were very thorough. Among other things, they cleaned the grooves on the window sills, the inside of the oven and fridge, and all the windows on the exterior of the house. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend her.
