"Extremely customer service experience. The representative I dealt with was not only unhelpful but also came across. As both judgmental and lacking professionalism when I asked clear questions about pricing I received vague misleading answers. They scheduled an appointment that I had agreed upon for one o'clock pm but no one show up or call. Instead I received a text for 1 o'clock pm.; When I called to let them know The situation and the pricing they have changed their answer from 1 -3pm and told me that there was a fee that would be applied. When I asked a follow up question the Rep. hung up on me. The overall behavior was unprofessional and extremely biased based on demographic that they choose not to served. I would expect more transparency, respect and communication."

He woupd not come back to fix it. Says he is too busy. I gave this man over $21,000 of my money to do good work. "Work was never done. Contractor was dispatched by Choice Home Warrenty. Arrived late. Charged me for 2 service calls ($130.00) instead of just one as specified by Choice Home Warrenty. Technician submitted the work orders and they were approved. Technician never called Choice oe me to schedule the work. This all began on June 8th. Calls have been made to the technician by Choice and have never been returned. As far as I'm concerned I have had $130 stolen from me by a disreputable and dishonest company. He could not provide a receipt so I took a photo of his Nondriver ID (yes he drove here). 10 days later and still no contact. I will not recommend this company. I will file a complaint with the BBB and have logged a complaint with Choice Home Warrenty as well."
