From the first minute we knew we had an electrical issue we did an Angie's List search as well as an internet search. Saw only good reviews. We called and spoke with the secretary (his wife). She stated that Randy was out of the office but would return our call within 15 minutes?..AND HE DID!! That set the tone for the appointment. He and his wife are very professional and extremely friendly. Randy showed up on time (!!) and was very professional in appearance and in his work ethic. He was informative and he did the repair in less than an hour. We are EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with his service and would most definitely use him in the future. I would most definitely recommend him!!

Randy and Jan arrived on time and quickly got to work. They covered my hardwood floors to protect them from possible water damage during the removal of the old tank. The project ran into a hitch when Randy discovered that my house shut off valve was not operational. He was able to get it to "almost close" and he quickly installed a shutoff neat the water heater that would isolate the heater and water softener.
Jan kept the work area clear and prepared all the fittings and pipes for installation. Randy installed the new piping and shutoffs in a neat and orderly way. The new tank was installed and operational in a couple of hours. The mess was removed and the old heater was taken away without a drop being spilled on my hardwood floors. My heater has been installed and the piping is city code approved; including a new expansion tank. Having a repair done right; priceless
I have an electrical job for him to do in the next month and I am sure to be pleased. He is a great craftsman and works hard. His pricing was very competitive with other plumbing services. He calls himself "Old School", I call him great value and craftsmanship. He treats your house and appliances like he owns them. Perfect results from someone with a long line of experience.
