Service that was provided was exceptional! Same day service and John is very knowledgeable and thorough. He did a great job explaining what work he was performing and also gave me tips on how to keep my HVAC system running smoothly. Would highly recommend!

My AC was blowing hot and had been working fine last year. To make a long story short, my AC was dirty and totally clogged. He never once mentioned this, I BROUGHT IT UP. At no point did he have me turn my AC on, nor mention the outside unit was totally clogged with dirt and couldn't get airflow. He hooked his tank up and drained my freon while talking to me for 10mins. He tried to sell my an entire unit for 7k, then wanted to refill my freon for 800-1200, had his tank hooked up to my AC for at least 10minutes without the AC being turned on in the house. That means he was stealing my freon. He charged my $85 for stealing my freon. I'm also pretty sure he was drunk when he showed up at my house at 1pm on a Wednesday. Mr. Patrico repaired my furnace for me. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what repairs were made and also gave me suggestions on cleaning my electronic air cleaner filters. I would definitely use him again in the future.

The system is only nine years old and it is not working. The condenser has gone out and the coil has gone out. I feel like the system should still be working because it is relatively new. I would not recommend this company to others if you are interested in putting in a central air system.
