The carpet was old looking and worn, however the floors were even worse underneath. There were missing planks, uneven soft spots, vinyl floor tile half taken off, it was a mess. They also cleaned as they worked. When they were done the floor looked great. The crew put everything back as they found it. With CVM you can't go wrong.
