"Excellent - Darrin was very prompt, courteous, and happy to answer my many questions. He showed and explained to me how to disassemble the the sink stopper hardware, so the sink stoppers could be removed. Also, he disconnected the drain elbow in each sink, and then removed the many years of built-up hair/whiskers/goo that had slowed the drains but couldn't be pushed out or dissolved with chemical drain cleaners without opening up the plumbing under the sinks. He was completely done with all three sinks in under an hour. The two outside freeze-proof faucets needed to be replaced because of their age and poor conditions. But because Darrin didn't have sufficient time reserved on this date to complete that work, he wrote an estimate up for the work and let me use my $50 credit (I had purchased a discounted Plumbing Service deal from Angie's List for $39.00) towards that visit, but he applied the discounted plumbing service call to this visit (as well as credited me the entire service call for the follow-up appointment, too)."
