"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. When Rob did I explained what I wanted done and why; he then explained to me what he thought should be done prior to doing the work I wanted.  Specifically he said it sounded like one of my down spout (the ceramic type) had broken and that sealing the gaps would only help so much and that I should get it 'scoped' and he could come back and do that as well when he did the other work.
Then explained what that work would involve and  quoted me a price for the work.
I happened to have a scope so I went ahead and did that, turns out he was right; three other people had come out to give me quotes and not one had caught the true cause of my problem (water coming into the basement)
Well that sealed the deal for me, (punny) and I had him come out and do the sealing that needed to be done and since I had two drains on that side just sealed that downspout up and stopped using it.
Clear, professional and concise; and saved me from worse damage and costlier repair.
