Instead I received a text for 1 o'clock pm.; When I called to let them know The situation and the pricing they have changed their answer from 1 -3pm and told me that there was a fee that would be applied. When I asked a follow up question the Rep. hung up on me. The overall behavior was unprofessional and extremely biased based on demographic that they choose not to served. He woupd not come back to fix it. Says he is too busy. I gave this man over $21,000 of my money to do good work.
