They made it easy and did an excellent job with install/cleaning

This was a job most roofers would refuse. It could have been very invasive and expensive, on one end. On the other end, it would’ve needed a quick fix that would be effective for years. I elected the easier route. The fix was done within nine days though roofers are notoriously busy and there were some extenuating circumstances. Easy to communicate with, too.

After all the damage to the house, since the siding needed to be replaced we decided to add on a screen porch. They dealt with the city, a big ordeal. for permits and all the things that needed to be done to begin and finish construction. The screen porch is amazing , we love it, and it will add such value to the home.

This is a top notch company, Eric Rhodes was my contact with his partner Mark Nicolosi and they were on the project from the get go. I interviewed several companies but Eric explained the entire process and offered things that I wasn't aware of like dealing with the insurance company. It was a pleasure to work with them and will definitely recommend this company

Reliance Roofing was fabulous in getting our roof replaced to our exact specifications and doing so in a timely manner. They also worked with our insurance company to get the claim paid which was originally denied by them. We will be forever grateful for their help!!

They are experts with P&C insurance as well as roofs and roofing. We had four or five different companies look at our roof. The others said we did not have hail damage but these folk used their drone and got very good video and photos of the damage. We had tried a claim with another roofing company and it was denied. Refilling with the new pics and video did the trick. They saved us many thousands of dollars. These guys are great!

Top professionals and work was done perfectly

We have remodeled different parts of our home since we had to have our hardwoods replaced back in 2019 because of water damage. We used one contractor for that. We had to have a door and subflooring replaced and used a different contractor for that. Even trying to get contractors out for bids was terrible because they would never show, were unprofessional, etc. All experiences from the ones who ended up doing the work or trying to find reliable ones to show up to give us bids ended up being disastrous, so needless to say, when we found Eric Rhodes at Reliance Roofing, he made us believers that there are great contractors out there because he exemplifies everything you would want in a perfect contractor from the minute we met him. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional, very communicative, pleasant and not pushy at all. I could go on and on, but if you need someone for any of your Roofing needs, I wouldn't either bother calling anyone other than Eric first, and you'll see what I mean. We called 3 contractors who came out before Eric, and every single one of them were either late, canceled, and when they did come out, all they did was walk around the house to look at the roof. Eric is the first contractor I've seen that has state of the art technology by using a drone, and once he's inspected your roof, he sends you a video and gives you point by point explanations of what he gets from the aerial footage. We tried another Roofing company last year, but our insurance company saw where the Roofing company intentionally pulled up shingles to try to make it look like storm damage, so they declined to cover it, but when we had started having shingles flying off from the bad storms at the first of this year, we used Eric and the insurance company cut us a check within days after reviewing Eric's drone video and explanation with no hassle at all. HIRE RELIANCE ROOFING!! You won't be sorry! Eric Rhodes and his hard working crew were truly amazing from start to finish. We weren't looking forward to the process of replacing our roof and obtained several bids for the job. Eric offered reasonable pricing, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond what he said he would do. Our neighbors were blown away by how quickly the guys replaced our entire roof and how respectful they were of our property. We were worried about weather, but they were in and out in no time. Eric checked in with us often to answer any questions and made sure we were completely satisfied.
