"The sales process, the windows and the installation went great.  We had quotes from 6 different providers for the same kind of windows.  The quotes ranged from $12,300 to $39,000.  The next closest bid was $23,000.  They would take the blinds down and put them back up, but I knew I could do that - especially for $8,700 extra!!
Jack, the salesman and owner, came to our house.  He was very professional and told us some things about what to expect with the installation that none of the other companies had told us.  They sent a crew out of about 10 people.  They were very professional and conscientious about their work.  They cleaned up everything in the yard and the house very well.  They also asked questions about how we wanted the trim, etc. instead of just doing what they wanted to do.  They got all 28 windows installed in the same day.
Of the 6 companies we interviewed, Window World was the only one that supplied references, and they supplied about 100 as part of their initial sales packet.  The people I called had very good things to say.  Some of the other companies eventually gave us names to call, some just gave us an address, and some refused saying they couldn't because of "privacy issues", which doesn't make sense for a referral.  
The windows work well and look great.  I'm glad I chose Window World.

"I hired this crew to replace some windows in my house that were dated and had some damage. Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"

"Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. "Christian came by and surveyed the loose shingles and gave us a quote.  We called him and we set up a time he would be back in a couple of days.  He came by but the color of the shingles didn't match so he came back by a few days later after we realized that our shingles were still on the roof.  Christian came back and re-installed our shingles while we were gone and didn't charge us.  Wow, were were surprised with that kind of service!  We are sending him a gift card for his job!  i was just so grateful!  We don't see this kind of kindness very often and we want him to know just how much we appreciated this!  We will definitely recommend SOUTHERN GRACE EXTERIORS to any of our friends or neighbors in the future and we will definitely use them again ourselves.
