"The sales associate was very professional and knowledgeable about windows and doors.  When i emailed him to let him know we chose them, he called back pretty quickly on a Saturday and came by in a couple hours to do the paperwork.  The installation went well and the workers were professional and courteous.  We did find a tear in one screen a day later.  They responded quickly to repair it and the field supervisor found another install issue when assessing the screens, that was not done to "the standards of Window World".  They fixed this issue the following week.  Overall a fine process and we are enjoying the new windows, which make the house look much better from the street.

From Armond taking my first call and answering questions, to Joel talking us through each option and helping us decide colors (we picked Deep Ocean and Artic White trim). "I hired this crew to replace some windows in my house that were dated and had some damage. Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"

"Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."

"Christian came by and surveyed the loose shingles and gave us a quote.  We called him and we set up a time he would be back in a couple of days.  He came by but the color of the shingles didn't match so he came back by a few days later after we realized that our shingles were still on the roof.  Christian came back and re-installed our shingles while we were gone and didn't charge us.  Wow, were were surprised with that kind of service!  We are sending him a gift card for his job!  i was just so grateful!  We don't see this kind of kindness very often and we want him to know just how much we appreciated this!  We will definitely recommend SOUTHERN GRACE EXTERIORS to any of our friends or neighbors in the future and we will definitely use them again ourselves.
