On the casement windows, the installers only offered two options: Leave exposed wood that would require painting, or bridge across it with 5" wide aluminum trim that is not textured and would show any dents or imperfections. Textured trim that conforms to the contours of the window framing is commonly available as we pointed out with our neighbor's replacement casement windows. Thankfully, the cost was low enough that we were able to have a third party provide the finishing how we wanted it and stay within budget. One of the screens was damaged during installation and was replaced on a followup visit. One of the windows had an imperfection between the panes and was replaced on a followup visit. Overall, we feel that Window World was the best choice for our replacement windows."

Travis, the siding project manager, visited frequently during the work. He even ensured that there was plywood placed under the dumpster when it was set on the driveway to prevent scraping. Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
