They removed the old siding, fixed the framing properly, and put up new siding that blends in perfectly with the original. You’d never know anything was replaced. Super impressed with the work. "The sales process, the windows and the installation went great.  We had quotes from 6 different providers for the same kind of windows.  The quotes ranged from $12,300 to $39,000.  The next closest bid was $23,000.  They would take the blinds down and put them back up, but I knew I could do that - especially for $8,700 extra!!
Jack, the salesman and owner, came to our house.  He was very professional and told us some things about what to expect with the installation that none of the other companies had told us.  They sent a crew out of about 10 people.  They were very professional and conscientious about their work.  They cleaned up everything in the yard and the house very well.  They also asked questions about how we wanted the trim, etc. instead of just doing what they wanted to do.  They got all 28 windows installed in the same day.
Of the 6 companies we interviewed, Window World was the only one that supplied references, and they supplied about 100 as part of their initial sales packet.  The people I called had very good things to say.  Some of the other companies eventually gave us names to call, some just gave us an address, and some refused saying they couldn't because of "privacy issues", which doesn't make sense for a referral.  
The windows work well and look great.  I'm glad I chose Window World.

The really only major complaint I had was the crew's attention to detail, and their final clean-up was not as good as out it could/should have been. "I hired this crew to replace some windows in my house that were dated and had some damage. Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"
