Can and inspected the roof. Identified leak was coming from window and provided a reference to someone to fix as that was not their specialty. Very professional, on time and best is they did it as a free service. Cannot recommend the company enough. They built my trust and will be our go to roofing company moving forward.

This was our worst appointment out of 9 bids we had lined up. The rep that visited our home did not answer any of our questions or would only answer with a canned ‘marketing’ answer. He also made comments about how if we installed this window it would NOT increase the value of our home, which is something we hadn’t even brought up or asked him about. He also made some rather rude comments as well. Also, their bid for ONE window was TRIPLE our average bid from 8 other established companies and was the only one that did NOT include a window well cover!

this was the second time I have had windows and doors done by this company. The first salesman and crew were excellent. But our second interaction was horrible from start to finish. The salesman was pushy and didn’t answer questions very well; most of the time, he would answer the question with the question. I just stopped asking him anything. But the worst part was Aaron, the install manager; he was rude and condescending. He has no business dealing with people. They were supposed to install on 11-23-2020, but he started his workers chose not to come into work because it was cold and might rain. So 15 minutes after our scheduled install time, he called us to tell us this. It never rained, and had Aaron done his job and shown up, and the job could've been completed.

If you are thinking about doing something new with your cabinets, we highly recommend America West. Prior owners painted our kitchen cabinets a dark green color, and left some empty nooks where cabinets belong. New cabinets and re-facing were cost prohibitive. And painters weren't able to repair the cabinets or fill in the nooks. Larry and America West was just what we were looking for. Not only did they sand and paint the cabinets a beautiful off white, they added a new cabinet in the nook, a wine shelf above the fridge, and additional trim and add-ons throughout. It looks like a brand new kitchen for a fraction of the price. We love our new kitchen.

Randolph Development (D&D Cabinetry) were perhaps the best part of our entire new home construction. Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. We have enjoyed every moment of our involvement with this company...so much so, that we have added a few more jobs to their work list! (Wish is was possible to submit photos of the work they've done for us...although I'm not sure photos would do them justice) Call them if you are looking for professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, unique design, quality construction and materials, and timely work completion!

Glennstone did a great job repairing our roof and gutters. The new shingles match as good as you could expect for the age of our roof. When it comes to price they weren't the cheapest but we are firm believers in "you get what you pay for" and they even asked us while they were here if we would like them to remove the old satellite dish mounts from the roof and install new shingles without charging us a penny more. We would happily recommend them to anyone in need of roof repairs.

I just had a new roof put on our house yesterday by Triad Roofing. We had significant hail damage from some of the spring storms last year. I was impressed with the clear and timely communication and friendliness of our sales rep, John Tracy. He made the process simple and stress-free. He even met with the insurance adjuster. 2020 has been stressful but at least getting our new roof was not. I was impressed with this company. I had suspect roof damage following a storm and worked with Mike who performed a roof inspection. He was very professional, customer friendly and knowledgeable. Lance did foundation repair consisting of adding a deadman anchor system along one of our poured concrete foundation walls. Lance was right on time to provide the initial quote, provided the quote that day and was competitively priced. He was able to schedule us within 1 week and completed all of the work ahead of time, which was amazing. We were very happy with the quality of work. Also, Lance cleaned and swept up everything in the basement after he was done. Lance checked with us several times to make sure we were happy with the quality of work. Lance is easy to work with, arrived on time and works very hard. We would definitely work with Lance again.
