We asked him to replace both tub and lav sink faucets, remove some old PVC and galvanized pipes and streamline our laundry sink setup. He completed all the work and cleaned up after himself as well. We will use him again for additional projects."

That worked well and he said I saved a couple of hundred so, good. I haven't paid yet, because he needs to get new seats for the old bathroom sink faucet that has a very slow leak. Need to finish that part or just call it a project and take care of the bathroom later."
