"They never showed up after agreeing to complete the work on 12/2. After leaving texts, voicemail and email on 12/2 (after having to cancel dr appt), I assumed they would prioritize my property on 12/3. Not so. Again left text, voicemail, email and talked to a representative on their 877-# number who said they would get the job done. He also gave me a direct number to call to help me talk to their scheduling coordinator. I left another voicemail at that number. AGAIN, no snowplowing OR response to my message. I called today and left another voicemail (not as polite as previous voicemails, due to frustration) still no response. No one is answering calls, even though the snow and plowing window of 24 hrs has passed. I am not sure if Angi can do anything to resolve this as I've tried everything I can think of. Would definitely caution anyone to beware."

"The workmanship was very good. The crew was extremely good in cleanup, I found almost no debris from entire job. They completed the job in about 8 hours. The contact for estimation (Jon) was excellent - very personable, knowledgable, helpful and responsive. The customer service from the main office was really bad. We had an email stating they would do our job on a particular day, and crews are usually there by 7. Mid morning I called to see if there was a holdup (or someone got sick, given the current COVID situation). The woman who answered was pretty dismissive of me, and eventually said she'd check and call me back. Never received a call. Crew was there next day. A few days after job, Jon stopped by to talk and see the work. Noticed there was no window permit card, told me he'd make sure I got one and permit into before city inspection two days later. That day, got a call from office asking if they could email me the permit to print out. Told them sure. A day later, in the late afternoon, called Jon and said I didn't have permit. He called the office, told me they said they'd "resend" it out and he sent it out to make sure. So the work was done well, and appears to be good, the cleanup was really great, Jon was great - just don't expect any customer service or response if you have to call about something to their main number."
