"4 days after moving into our new townhome we dicovered a toilet flange had been leaking, for some time, and caused the subfloor below it to rot. We had to tear out some tiles, and install new subfloor. We had some tile left over from the original owner, and needed someone to install them. Talked to Jessie at Precision Tile, and fortunately he could come the next day. He did a great job of quickly installing backer board, thinset, Tile and grout at a fair price. Tile turned out great, and we were able to reset the toilet. Unfortunately the grout wasn't a perfect match with the old grout, but that was corrected with a grout colorant product. Overall very satisfied."

"I hired Anton’s Floorcovering to install a kitchen backsplash. Anton promptly scheduled a consultation and had good suggestions on where to add tile to open up the kitchen and make it look less boxed in. During the installation, Andrew and Dimitri were punctual and very skillful. After removing the existing 4" granite backsplash, they discovered an issue with how my previous contractors cut my granite countertops which created gaps where the tile would meet the countertop. Anton gave me a call and Andrew showed me the issue and carefully explained each option. Andrew executed the option I felt most comfortable with and did an amazing job! He also asked for my preference when it came to where the pattern started and stopped to make sure I was happy with the plan. Overall I thought everyone in the process was professional and very skillful in their trade. I would definitely hire them again and refer them to my friends and family."

"Replacing the staircase light fixture was a difficult job requiring the use of a ladder, a step ladder and an aluminum plank to create a level workspace in order to access the light. The new pendant was lowered by 6 inches, compared to the old one, to allow easy exchange of light bulbs. The electrician was creative in solving some installation problems.  He also saved me some money by advising me that some other electrical work I was considering might not be necessary."
