"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"The Details crew arrived exactly on time.  I gave them my "wish list" and left to do some errands.  After the allotted time, I returned to my home, thinking they would be long gone, but this was not the case.  I left again and returned in an hour - and they were still parked out front.  Concerned, I called the owner, Mike, and he contacted the crew.  He immediately called me back and explained that there were some "mishaps" while the crew did their deep cleaning (which I didn't expect; but as a new customer, the first cleaning is deep).  A mirror which was behind a door had fallen, along with my ceiling fan in the kitchen!  When I finally returned home, I was met by the crew and their project manager. I was relieved that the damage was minor - the mirror was very inexpensive and had been in the house since I moved in (and had been installed with a single nail in plaster - it's a miracle it stayed up as long as it had).  The ceiling fan had come loose from a cracked bracket holding it to the ceiling and the fan was actually still hanging, but from its electrical wires.  Mike had said that he and his crew are responsible for the damages and sought to immediately correct them, which included paying for a new mirror and having Mike's handiman come to repair the ceiling fan.  We arranged for a time for his handiman, Ian, to come to repair the fan.  (I opted to not worry about the mirror, since it was rarely used.)  Ian, a very personable young man, arrived at the appointed time and determined that the fan's bracket fatigued due to age.  He attempted to fix it with parts he had with him, but these methods did not work.  He left briefly to purchase the correct part at the nearby hardware store.  Once he returned, the part was quickly replaced, the ceiling fan was back where it belonged and I was left whole and happy.  Mike followed up with an email later that day and I expressed my pleasure with the service and follow up of he and his staff.
One comment regarding the cleaning crew - I am STILL finding pristine places that they worked on, that I would never have imagined being cleaned by myself.  I am continually pleased by their work!  Attention to detail is one of their strongest suits.  You can call me one satisfied customer.  Thank you Mike, Ian and crew!

"Steve is fantastic. He is very patient and helpful with decision making. He hires high quality contractors for tile work, electrical, and plumbing. We had two bathrooms updated with new tile, mirrors, lighting, and toilets. We replaced an old vanity top with stone in the master bath. We also needed help with adding crown molding to existing kitchen cabinets that had never had that and looked unfinished. They matched our stain perfectly and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use 4 Seasons Construction again."
