"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"After costing out new cabinets vs new doors and drawers to facelift our 10 year old kitchen, we decided new doors and drawers would achieve the look we desired. Dmitry was fantastic- he came out and measured every single one, built and installed them himself. We went from a sea of golden oak, outdated cabinets, to beautiful, white shaker style fronts. He uses commercial grade paint and sprayed them all in his shop with the color we selected - perfection. We have received so many compliments since our project wrapped up. "Excellent value for the level of craftsmanship. Quick response even for a non-emergency completion of a complex staircase flooring. Flexible schedule, bumped me to an earlier time slot when another project postponed. Expert with a table saw, it shows he has 40 years experience with detailed woodworking! He made the right cut the first time and wasted no product. Will absolutely look him up again the next time I get myself stuck on a project when I lack the expertise to get it done right! Photo is of the work requested, I had already installed the LVP flooring and several steps and could not get the transition to work."

It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed.
