"The project was very much discussed and we put all our ideas together and Dimitry shared some of his ideas of what might be some better options that we had not thought of previously going into these projects. One big suggestion was do the cabinetry in a white shade instead of using a color because he reminded us it would be much easier to change your wall colors and much more difficult to repaint the cabinetry. This worked out great and we did the same thing for the linen cabinetry in the hallway. In the bathroom he added 2 floating shelves in natural wood shade on one wall and made a super large framed mirror directly across from the shelves above the double sinks, and kept these in a natural wood shade also, looked great and added another color tone to the room which created more excitement. Self closing drawers, meticulous workmanship and full of super suggestions. I wanted a bit more added to our mirror, it just needed a bit more wood and he came out and suggested an idea and then made a return trip and added it and the mirror looked just the way I wanted it to be. Dimitry is a true Artisan, he will please you and his mastery of custom cabinetry will speak for itself."

"Jared at Northland Construction was the lowest bid, but that's not why we hired him. He seemed very honest and knowledgeable about the project. They didn't use scaffolding like the others wanted to. The just used ladders. They arrived on time, did the work, and completed on time. At one point I went to ask a question and he apologized for his phone talking to him, which I didn't care about at all, but he was listening to a bible study podcast while he worked, which my wife and I thought was very cool. After the work was done, we asked if he could give us a price to fix a door that was not closing properly. He just fixed it and would not accept any payment for it. We tried to hand him a $100 bill, but he would not take it. Jared is a great contractor and a good man. We cannot recommend him highly enough and will definitely use him for any future projects."

"We needed our upper cabinet (oak custom cabinets) over our refrigerator modified to accommodate today?s taller refrigerators. Michael had new cabinet doors built and stained to match current cabinets and raised the bottom of the cabinet several inches. I don?t think anyone who didn?t know this work was done could even tell. Amazing work, stellar communication and reasonable price for the quality. Highly recommend and will call him for other work myself!"

"This was the second project that I have hired TCH to do. It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. "Best repair experience I've had with my old house in years! II had a basement window that would not close because it had grown too big to fit into the frame due to moisture problems. I thought I would need to replace it and was worried whether they even sold these type windows anymore. Ben very cleverly decided he could take the window out and shave wood off the bottom and replace it - that idea worked perfectly! Problem solved by a person who obviously knows what he's doing.
