Robert was extremely helpful in answering EVERY question and concern that I had. I felt very comfortable that he understood what I expected and all was accomplished. Then there's his employees. Awesome job - very detailed and fun! I told them all I wanted to do was water the areas and watch the grass grow and that is what I am doing. 9 trees in 3 different areas were removed and several trees were cleaned up and look great. "Arbortech was quick to respond to our storm damage. Upfront pricing. No surprises. We had a large limb fall onto our hose during a storm. The remainder of the tree was damaged to the point that it needed to come down as well. They had someone out the same day we called to look at the damage and provide an estimate for removing the tree limb and the remainder of the tree. The crew that showed up was extremely professional and worked quickly and efficiently. They brought a very large crane and were very careful about the placement and any possible damage to the driveway and lawn. They cleaned everything up and you could not even tell they had been there after they left. The stump grinding went better than I expected. Their communication throughout the project was excellent."
