The technician who inspected the condo that we bought was professional and thorough. He arrived on time, carefully examined all aspects of the condo for safety, functionality and hazards. He tested all of the appliances. He made note of issues that he found, and instructed us, as buyers, about...

Michael did an awesome job installing a replacement for our 10 year old sump pump. He tested for correct functioning, and also installed a WiFi control module, then helped me set it up with our home WiFi and the Pro Series Connect app on my ipad. Much appreciated!

On time..completed in timely manner. Explained his finding upon inspection and fixed a leak, replaced an air vent. Tested work following to ensure repaired.

Don came and tested for mold. Very professional.

I reached out to Bauer Property Services to test for mold on a listing I had. They were punctual and had the results in a timely manner. I will use them again and would definitely recommend.

Above and beyond exceptional from beginning to end starting with presentation to installation to testing, operating review to cleanup. Impressive!

Super fast response and he came out the same day! Very knowledgeable and educated us on things we didn’t even think about having tested. Very friendly and kind. Would recommend!

Shaylee was very professional, thorough, and follow up was great. Testing results and the process explained came right on time and she also walked us through the results and ways to get rid of what was found.
