"The bathroom: They left 3 - 4 gouges in the walls and paint was scraped on a couple of the walls. The kitchen: They left scrapes and a couple of dents in the wall. They ruined a floor board and took a little more time. Our place is small but if it wasn't able to be done in a correct manner, they shouldn't do it. The company try's to squeeze to many jobs into their time line."

"The electrician and his trainee arrived within the timeframe declared. A trip charge of $49 was stated, followed by a diagnostic test of each outlet and switch in the basement at a cost of $279. After that, we would talk price to repair what they found. Because I live in a home built in 1945 and had done essentially no electrical upgrades in that part of the house, I chose to sidestep that option and go for the circuit restoration. They explained that over time as wires overheat, they break down and need replacing. Also, some wiring in a splitter box had been done incorrectly and is now repaired. They added a new circuit off the fuse box and added new circuit breakers to the downstairs circuits. The company states it sets a job price and could/would neither give me the algorithm or state how an hourly rate translates. The electrician and trainee stayed three hours and used many parts, which do-it-yourselfers could find easily. I am happy with the work done. "It" is guaranteed for "life," the house's, not mine. There is fine print about that warranty, but isn't there always? I feel safer."
