He explained exactly what was going to happen and when, showed up when he said they would, installed the new concrete steps and fixed our existing retaining wall steps. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would definitely hire them again. Thanks, guys!!"

Justin worked for many years as a crew foreman for other construction and remodeling companies and noticed that most of the companies lacked in the area of communication and customer service. "Dupont Decks did an awesome job with tear off and re-decking onto our existing frame. Brandon and Jordan (installers) were polite, personable and professional throughout the project, and did an exceptional job with the install, very pleased with how the deck looks now!! However what sold me on Dupont in the first place was the excellent communication with front office. From first mtg with Justin for the estimate (very knowledgeable and generous with advice/suggestions), though contract negotiation with Brooke (they even provided a project design drawing) and project coordination with Lindsey, every interaction was professional and friendly… I never felt I was a bother when I called with questions, was always greeted with a smile in their voice. I was confident when I signed the contract that my job was going start and be completed on time and to my satisfaction and without unexpected cost… and it was. Would recommend Dupont to family and friends… they are that good!!"

"The entire process was a fiasco. Mike and his team built our deck without checking the ledger board or apparently using a level. Our deck started to sag in the middle and we called his team out to look at it. They did a quick fix which did not resolve the issue. We called Mike and had a brief discussion, and he told us, "I don't know what to tell you". He then hung up on us. We eventually got him to come back out. He had an attitude the entire time. His crew admitted to not checking the ledger board. Our deck is lower on one end and has several areas of buckling. Mike had nothing but excuses. One of his team members offered a solution. They worked on it and left without asking for feedback. Mike never followed up. The deck is still out of whack and we are not satisfied. They also don't use hidden fasteners so there are holes in our no maintenance decking. Mike was completely rude and unprofessional. They built our deck wrong and he made us, the customer, feel like the bad people. His crew also took the dirt from the footings and threw it under our arborvitae bushes. I had to dig it all out by hand. There are a lot of deck builders. Do you research. I wish we had."

Based out of a small town in South East Minnesota, Final Flight Landscaping is a well known, local business that primarily services Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Final Flight was opened in 2016 and is owned and managed by one hard working man with over 15 years of experience.
"The patio is wavy and has a sloppy appearance. Everything looks poorly made and careless. The patterns look uneven, bricks are just laid wrong. It has large gaps between pavers. I would not trust this company to make future patios. Sadly everything was poorly made. I would not recommend this company to install a patio with pavers. I am sad to write this review. My family was excited to see and enjoy the patio and having good results, but everything looks so bad, and I had no quality job for my patio, for the huge amount of money we were paying. Sadly they failed."
