"They made a patio and front for us this past summer. We are extremely pleased with the beautiful patio and steps they created. Mike (the salesman) suggested features for the patio we never thought of. Mathew (the foreman) and his crew were courteous, extremely hard workers and very talented in creating and building our patio and steps. They would arrive between 7:00-7:30 AM each day. They would work until 5:00-5:30 PM, even when the temps got in the 90"s. Kenneth Cordes, the owner, stopped by at least 2-3 times a week to see how things were going and if the work they were doing was up to our expectations. If we have another landscaping project, we'd hire Patios & More in a heartbeat."

"Chris was professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Even though he hadn't installed any permeable driveways, he had installed permeable patios and didn't see any problems with doing something similar with my small driveway. He even suggested some options for reusing the water. I would have accepted Chris' proposal but I found someone who installed permeable driveways using recycled material which is what I initially wanted and was having a hard time finding.

They listened to our thoughts on the project and then provided additional plans that were extraordinary. Not your regular "cookie cutter" patio. Ours is something special. They scheduled work times and were prompt. The attention to detail was refreshing. We are very pleased with the work that was done and are very happy with our patio as are quite a few residents in our HOA who have also had Hardline replace their patios."

"I'm long overdue to write this review, but we hired King Scapes last summer to complete an extensive project to replace a rotten timber retaining wall, replace it with stone, and build a new stone patio with fire pit in our back yard. Even before that, we had met with Don to discuss our broader vision for our yard and he created a three-phase plan (this was phase two) that we could complete as it made logistic and financial sense for us. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work that was completed. They always kept us up to date on what was happening and asked us whenever a decision needed to be made. This ensured we were happy with the finished product. The project was burdened by lousy weather, and they never complained nor did they cut corners to get the job done faster. The work wasn't cheap but that's the nature of the project we embarked upon. We just wanted it done right. I would highly recommend King Scapes."

HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB TYING INTO EXISTING SIDEWALK AND THE BACK DOOR. THE PATIO DRAINS AWAY FROM THE HOUSE GREAT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB! FOUND THEM IN ANGIE'S LIST AND NEIGHBOR REFERRALS AS WELL.
