Villa Landscapes was a perfect landscaper. Representative, Lonny, was amazing to work with. He was attentive, timely and efficient. The work staff always listened to our concerns. They were hard working, friendly and knew exactly what was expected. Cost for our project was fair and well worth the expense.

We hired Villa Landscapes for a patio in a very difficult place in our yard. Nick was fantastic in helping us review how the project could get done and what would look good. He gave us the estimate, drew up the plans and we booked them. He was so wonderful to work with, everything was so timely and in 3 weeks we had a patio that we had been wanting for 3 years. Jeff & Jeff came out to do the work and even though it was 95 degrees with 100% humidity, they dug out our patio yard with rocks. Luckily it cooled down the rest of the week and they finished by the weekend. Professional, on time, communicative, nice, respectful, dependable, creative. Would hire them again in a second. Thank you Villa!!

I hired Villa Landscapes to build a patio in my backyard. I was pleased with the planning process. I loved the ideas presented and my suggestions were incorporated into the design. I signed a waiver stating that there may be damage to my lawn. I never imagined how much damage. Because a gate limited access in the backyard the crew drove their heavy machinery threw my front lawn. The damage was horrible. Tree roots were exposed. My neighbors joked I'd built a road and not a patio. The only remediation I was offered was a bill for $281 for black dirt the crew would dump (and I would need to spread and reseed.) I opted not to take that option and sodded the lawn. I ended up spending $997 to repair the damage just in that location. I wasn't even looking for a perfect lawn. While the project itself looked lovely at first, now that it is finished and I put furniture on the patio I realize one corner is not level. The water won't stay in the bird bath because the slant is so dramatic. I moved the bird bath, but I'm not sure I'll be able to put furniture in that corner at all. I also wonder about how standing water and ice will damage my patio in the future. Budget for lawn repair after your project! And don't pay the final bill until you have checked to see if your patio is level. I'm not satisfied.

We love it! Lonny's design is a 'home run'. He had to come to our home three times as we discovered more challenges after the old deck was removed, so he could tweak the design. Then during the work Lonny came by to be sure things were going well. It was all done in two days. The subcontractor BDI's owner, Joe Meyer, was on-site the entire time, along with two other workers. They worked so hard, were punctual, and cleaned up beautifully. Joe was very careful as he measured and re-measured each step of the way, getting the steps and small wall to fit perfectly, and getting the slope just right. We were very impressed with how precise and exacting he was. Ask for them to be your installers! This was our second patio by Patio Town/Villa Landscapes, and we highly recommend them.

Very responsive and professional. The sales rep (Lonny Sekeres) kept me informed along the way. The installation date was changed a few times because of scheduling, but Lonny kept us informed of the changes. I appreciated the regular communication and updates. The patio was installed promptly and very professionally. It was an excellent installation and looks great!

They did everything in the time they said they would complete it. When we had a concern about an area in the patio, they got back to us right away. Super professional, responsive, and courteous. Would totally work with them again. Our designer and project manager was Lonny Sekeres.

Called for villalandscapes, John Johnson for a landscape design project. 12/2013. The design contract was signed for a total of 5200. I paid for 2600 to initiate the design work. The design flow are 1) baseline drawing so that I can see where are the retaining walls, driveways , and have a general feel of how things are put together. 2) engineering of the retaining wall ( 4'+) $1000 3) detailed plan finish Their baseline design drawing was a total joke. When I asked them to revise the plot they refused. Instead, they proceeded with the wall engineering without my consent. They refuse to refund any portion of the down payment I made. It was a total rip-off experience. There are many quality landscapers out there. Stay away for villalandscapes .
