"The overall experience we had with Capital Siding Window (CSW) was fantastic! We had some hail damage from the May 2022 storm, both roofing, siding, gutters and window wraps. After speaking with our insurance company, we contacted CSW on getting the work completed. They helped find additional damage not discovered by our insurance and went above and beyond in getting all the work estimated and covered by our insurance. The communication with Jeff and Danny throughout has been excellent. The quality of the work delivered has also been excellent. Especially want to call out the siding crew - very friendly, professional, and quite obvious they take pride in their work. The next time I need a roof, siding, windows, etc., I'm absolutely calling CSW!!!"

"The end result was excellent. The owner, Jordan, is professional and reliable as well as being a friendly person. They had a crew of 6 or so people finish the work in 2.5 half days. Very competent and pleasant guys. We put in one new window which required punching a hole in the wall, and we found that all the power to the second floor was going through that wall. Jordan quickly found 2 good electricians to rewire all the power upstairs, and the work continued without a major interruption. Three months after the work is done, the windows and patio door are looking and working great. I would definitely hire them again. If you have any issues that the staff cannot resolve, you may want to let Jordan know, and he will find a quick resolution. Highly recommended."

"This was a fantastic experience. I called BP on a Wednesday to explain what I needed. They offered to come out that day between 3:00 and 4:00 to look at it. Mario arrived in that timeframe, measured the window and put protective tape over the crack to protect from broken glass falling out. I also had him measure another window with a broken seal while he was there. He emailed me a quote that same evening, and we gave the ok to proceed with ordering both replacements. The following Friday I sent an email to ask if he had an estimate of when the new glass might arrive. He responded almost immediately to say they were expecting delivery in the afternoon and could either come that same day between 3:00 and 4:00 or on Monday. I told them that today world work. They showed up on time and replaced both window panes in about an hour. This was beyond my expectations. Great work, timely, professional and polite. Wow. You just don’t see this very often any more."

"Best repair experience I've had with my old house in years! II had a basement window that would not close because it had grown too big to fit into the frame due to moisture problems. I thought I would need to replace it and was worried whether they even sold these type windows anymore. Ben very cleverly decided he could take the window out and shave wood off the bottom and replace it - that idea worked perfectly! Problem solved by a person who obviously knows what he's doing. The only drawback was the deal that was only available the day of the quote. I would have appreciated more time to review all of the quotes I received for windows, but I didn’t want to miss out on the savings offered on the day of the quote. Thankfully this was our 5th quote and the best value/product for the price.
