I will guide you through the process by going over every detail and answering all of your questions. My on site bids average 1-1.5 hours, although I am willing to spend as much time as it takes to educate my clients. He explained his process and said that he uses a water-based finish. Since I wanted to do a buff and re-coat, he recommended a matte finish. John was able to accommodate my tight schedule and arrived on time. The results were fantastic! No fumes and my floors look almost new without the expense of a complete refinish. In the end, I had to hire someone else to fix his mistakes. Completely unprofessional and not worth the money. Avoid at all costs."
