Brian and team did an amazing job, we are very pleased with our refinished floors.

I paid $1,000 for around 350 square feet. He sanded and applied 3 clear coats. My floors look beautiful. He completed the project within a week of setting it up.

They are simply the best. They did stairs and entire upstairs. They are gorgeous. Incredible attention to detail. All employees have been with company at least 10 years. They recommended stain for upstairs which turned out to be perfect! They matched oak stairs to some mahogany trim. Spot on! Peoples reaction when they see them: â Wowâ . Had had another company start. When I asked if they were going to Sand again stated they were done. Eagle came in, resanded-night and day difference. Eagle sanded out every imperfection left by other company. These guys know what they are doing. Professional and cleaned up all dust. Didnâ t create much dust to clean. I am picky. Wish all contractors were this good and honest. Good people.

I’m an interior designer, so when it came time to redo my hardwood floors I wanted someone who knew what they were doing and were communicable. Eaglewood did a fantastic job. They were great about getting back to me and talking me through all the options. They were done quickly and left a great product. I’m more than happy with what my floors look like now. Brian was easy to communicate with, came promptly when we met for the first time and finished the job when he said he would. Our old maple floor in the kitchen had some water staining and Brian was able to get almost all of it out. The floor looks fantastic now and he even refinished a small area off the kitchen that we had not discussed but in retrospect should have! He left us with a floor cleaning mop and some Bona wood cleaning product. Would definitely recommend!

Very good experience! We had an issue the a spot in our living room wood floor that caught my eye. They sanded the spot further which helped minimize the area of concern. I would highly recommend them on any future wood flooring refinishing projects. Mike

Brian and his team did a good job. They repaired a patch of damaged wood in our den and did a great job matching the mixed yellow and red birch floor. They also refinished the majority of rooms in our house and the job was done well, not perfect, but a good job. We were overall pleased with the outcome and price.

Our experience was not the best. Eaglewood came in and did 3-coats of water-finish on our wood floors in only 1.5 days. The floors did not dry properly and we noticed sawdust bits, rough grain, and imperfections all throughout the "refinished floors." I had to email them twice with pictures of the issue to get them come out and fix the situation (which Brian did very promptly by coming in 2 days later to rebuff and apply a 4th coat) but overall, it's disappointing that they did not do the job well the first time. As a general recommendation, I think Eaglewood should come back after the floors dry and quickly inspect and quality-check their own work so that it doesn't come down to me inspecting the floors and debating if the job was well-done or not. Brian admitted that the coating did not dry properly due to various factors (open windows, air not turned off, not enough time for drying, sawdust everywhere) and that there was noticeable roughness in the finish and other imperfections. I also question whether doing 3-coats within 1.5 days (all-day Monday, half-day Tuesday) was too rushed for the job. I've heard from others that usually this job would've been spread out over at least 3 days for proper drying? At the end of the day, the floors look pretty good now and I'm satisfied with the value of the job, but my overall experience with Eaglewood felt like a cursory job was done the first go-around and we were not taken seriously as beginners in this space. We hired Eaglewood to refinish our original wood floors to match the living room floors that were professionally refinished by the previous owner. I want to be honest and detailed with this review based on experience to prevent this from happening to future jobs.

Working with Eaglewood was a great experience from start to finish. I was given a fair quote and I felt the owner had integrity when we had to change the cost due to unexpected issues with the floor when we tore up the carpet. He prioritized getting the job done right while also working within our budget. Would highly recommend!

They did an incredible job our floors look beautiful and they worked so quickly.

We hired Eaglewood to install new hardwoods and refinish/stain exsiting floors in foyer, kitchen, office, living and sunrooms. They did an exceptional job. In addition, when we had to move up the completion date, they were most accommodating. Their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
