"I am actually really taken aback by this review! Yes, we did do this ladies floor and there were a couple of issues with her trim and closet door that I addressed right away. Then she had an issue with her movers putting long scratches on her floor that we agreed to fix for her next time she went away to her cabin with her cats. Also at that time, we were going to do another coat on her vents cause they were a little rough to the touch. I have not heard from her since and have tried to reach out to her with no response. As far as the slope (which is not so significant in my opinion) goes in her bathroom that was due to the fact she could no longer find the pre-finished product that was originally used so we had to use a whole different product from a different mill and feather it in the best we could in the small area that it was in. And she was fully aware of all of this and it had nothing to do with her subfloor. As far as the other comments this lady made they really make me scratch my head because I thought this lady was very nice and that we were all good with everything. I obviously was wrong about all that!"
"We were scheduled to do their floors on a Thursday and due to some unforeseen events, I called her on Monday to let her know that we were not going to be able to make it and I had to reschedule. She then got very rude with me saying that I should be held responsible for her couch if it smells like gas cause they stored it in her garage. I had told her no I would not take that responsibility. The conversation wasn't pleasant at all. I did rearrange my schedule to fit them in for the prior week. But after thinking about our conversation I felt it was best not to even do business with them any longer and returned their deposit. Unfortunately, it did take the mail way longer than expected. After she had received my letter she called and left some very rude nasty comments. Which actually made me feel that I definitely made the right choice by walking away."
"We did remove carpet from her floors and who ever painted last had painted the carpet to the trim. I honestly feel we were hired to remove the carpet from the floors not the stuck on carpet to the trim do to the poor paint job. But we still went back to try to make things right for her but it obviously still wasn't good enough although while we were there she said it was. Before we left she was happy but apparently some more got noticed after the fact which honestly couldn't of been much at all. I sure would like her to comment how well her floors turned out and how we worked around her crazy schedule to make it all happen for her."
