They were very open about my windows and gave me info on how to get them repaired under my warranty instead of just offering their own services. Andrew removed door from hinges, removed broken contraption and replace with new door set and back on hinges. He also replace my deadbolt set on my front door. Everything works great! He did a great job, very nice to work with, highly recommend!"

He immediately identified the real problem that the first guy missed. and came back a couple days later to complete the repair. While he was there, he also identified a couple other minor issues - One he fixed that day (without charge), and the other he told me to contact the company that replaced our roof 5 years ago as they should fix it under warranty instead of him charging me. Joe took the time to explain each step of the repair, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Joe for any roofing work!"
