"The prior concrete contractor had installed sidewalks and steps without a proper foundation with the result that they were sliding towards the neighbor’s property which was lower and creating a gap between the concrete work and the foundation (water seepage risk). Greg was highly responsive to questions during the installation. Since the steps needed a railing, Greg referred us to an ornamental ironworks firm that supplied and installed it. I have no reservations in recommending Crosstown."
