Before we got moved in we had Billy and Howard come out to put in the kitchen sink in and to fix the leak in bathroom sink. When they arrived, they realized that I had ordered the wrong size kitchen sink. As a person who knows nothing about plumbing, I was really impressed by how well Billy, Chris, and Howard were able to explain what was happening, what my options were, what the risks were, and frankly that they were able to do all of that without a tinge of condescension. Always in contact from A to Z. But what we experienced, and we believe sets them apart from other companies, is they care about their customers. Two days after finishing our driveway, we discovered an unforeseen issue in one of the corners. Called Troy the next day and he came right over, saw the issue and came up with a plan to replace and repour two blocks of concrete, plus an extra one adjacent to the problematic ones which was not part of the contract, to provide additional grading.
