KOTHRADE SEWER WATER & EXCAVTG

Our sewer backed up and an inspection with a camera showed that the pipe to our septic tank was broken. I call Kothrade Excavating and Glen came right over to check it out and told me exactly what he needed to do. He emailed me a quote in a couple of days. The price was reasonable and we scheduled an appointment. Glen and Joel showed up on time with a small backhoe and completed the repair in a few hours. They used better materials and methods than the original installer had used. They were quite friendly and courteous and gave me advice on what to do and not do with a septic system. They completed the repair on time and for the agreed upon cost. We would hire them again.

The equipment they brought into my home was the cleanest I have ever seen. The tarps they payed down to protect my floors and stairway were spotless. They left the work area very clean. There was no bill to me for this service as they were hired through Service Line Warrantee that I contract with.

Very professional and helpful in terms of recommending other vendors such as plumbers and sidewalk repair experts.  Would recommend them in a minute.  Can't recall price after this length of time BUT they were within the range of three other approved companies that Dayton has recommended to its residents.

Residents of the northeast corner of Dayton, MN are required to hook up to city water in the next several years.  After contacting three providers we went with Kothrade based on their professional response and timing.  They came when they said they would and were able to provide plumbing expertise and black dirt expertise at an additional and reasonable cost.
