Good communication. They also were willing to accommodate my schedule as best they could and made it work! Levi was very patient and did a great job managing the trio of adults trying to give him suggestions and instructions at the same time.

Dustys representative came out to unclog our main sewer line. He came in and immediately put on shoe bootys without even asking. He used his camera equipment to find the exact location of the clog, cleaned it out , flushed everything, and used his camera to verify the clog was gone. In summary, Dustys provided a fair quote , were very professional, friendly, informative, and even gave suggestions to help prevent the same problem in the future. We would definitely use Dustys again.

We needed a new gas line, laundry tub faucets and a slow drain corrected. The 2 man team was very dedicated & professional. They were very informative in explaining what they were doing and why. One valve is somewhat difficult to access. Dusty is going to bid a new sump pit and misc. in the next couple of weeks. I will ask at that time if he can move the valve so it's easily accessible.

They were on time and efficient. Unclogged the basement sink and floor drain. Cost was very reasonable. Gave us great info on future projects we want done in our laundry and bath areas. Will definitely use them again.
