It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. She also requested a list of the new appliances we had already ordered to ensure correct measurements for the countertops and to get a good countertop match. In addition to visiting the Plymouth showroom, we also toured other facilities as recommened to see a larger selection of modern counter replacement products and kitchen sinks and faucets. The proposals were sent ahead of time and reviewed 1:1. Working within our budget was respected and the payment process was fair. Dave, the manager, was on site during installations, communicated easily with the workers, and he was onsite to check the work on completion. In tandem, Dani, the project manager coordinated the schedules for plumbing, electrical, and kitchen counter backsplash measuring, ordering product and installations. Great team work.
