She actually helped us look at a home we have for sale to give us ideas of how to make it more appealing to buyers--she suggested simple "fixes" --painting, rearranging furniture and adding new light bulbs to change the feeling of the home. The changes were easy and look fantastic! We also had Amy come to our current house to help us decide on some furniture and layouts for several rooms.
