Nate is the best! We had a copper pipe leak, and Nate was able to be here within a couple of hours. He relaxed the copper section and installed a shut-off valve. I bought a custom-ordered Koehler toilet from Home Depot (never again. I then scheduled Nate to install. Short story: the toilet bowl was broken, and it would take Home Depot weeks to get get a new one. Nate called Ferguson in Plymouth — they had the same model. Nate picked it up and we had a new toilet in :45 minutes!

Excellent service. Very affordable

I cannot say enough good things about Nate. He has saved us money when we would have spent it and wisely guided us to the right choices when we needed to spend. Very trustworthy.

The website said they worked on Saturday, but I got a push back when I requested Saturday service.

I called Nate on 3/12/2015 and left a message that I needed some work done. He called 3/13/2015 first thing in the morning and was at the job site by 9:30. He was extremely pleasant and got right to work. I had called him about one toilet but as long as he was there I asked about a second toilet and leaking garbage disposal. He said no problem, fixed the second toilet and examined the disposal and determined it had a crack in the housing and needed to be replaced at some point but it could be done me if I wanted to. No pressure to buy and install from him.
Nate was completely professional, efficient and personable. Next plumb project I have, I'm calling Nate Duda.

Friendly, kind, chatty. Have used them for multiple emergencies and they have always helped, even on weekend nights

They cut the wall very carefully to access the pipes and installed an exact replacement unit.  This solved the leaking fixture problem and the frozen vavle in the wall.  We avoided having to re-tile the shower.
Clean-up was very good including covering the hole in the wall and allowing  future access.
Dudah is my go-to plumber for all our plumbing problems.

Professional, timely, knowledgeable.  Even took calls in the evening, before we hired him, to answer our questions.  Very helpful.

Arrived promptly at appointment time, explained what he had to do....was here less than an hour...and when he left, I was cooking with gas!!!

Are they still in business?
When they last visited in December, they apparently fixed the leaky kitchen ceiling caused by Caulking in the bathroom tub upstairs. But that bathroom is seldom used. 
Recently the kitchen ceiling started leaking again and we tried to contact them over the phone, left messages, sent an email but no response.
I would not recommend them to a friend, family or neighbor.
Looking for another plumber to fix the kitchen.

The service has been good. They have a good sense of humor.

In the beginning things went well, but they had to come back many times before thing  finally came together.

I have very mixed feelings about this firm;  I indicated I would use them again because in the end they did exceptional work and completed the work in an extremely efficient and timely manner.  I am very pleased with the actual work that was done and the faucets are wonderful.   Having said that,  I can't say the same for the overall experience - particularly with regard to  customer service issues that occurred prior to the actual call.   I set up this call 4 days ahead of time as I had one day open and needed to set up some other things around the plumbing call -- but that was my priority.   The person I spoke with told me they would call me back that afternoon with a time for the day I requested however nobody called.   I left two additional voicemails over the next 24 hours and finally got a call back telling me that the plumber would arrive between 11:00 and 12:00 on my requested day.  I was also told that someone would call me for more details on the actual work, however that never happened.  When the day came,  12:00 came and went with no plumber and no phone call.  Plumber finally arrived a bit after 12:30. A half an hour late is not a big deal but because I experienced such a lack of response from them initially I was pretty convinced that no one was going to show up at all.   My suggestion would be that Duda either expand the window for calls...or make a quick phone call when there is going to be a delay.  I believe pretty much everyone has access to mobile phones - shouldn't be a big deal.

This is the second time I have used them.  I am not sure about the exact date they came but it was in late Dec or early Jan.  I had a clog in the basement shower drain and Rick took care of it.  Since I am stuck paying for an hour anyway, I made use of the time and had a list of some other random plumbing and heating (hot water heating) questions.  Rick was again professional and helpful.

They came out the same day we called, and replaced the kitchen faucet for the $120 one hour minimum charge, a small charge for extra parts needed, with no other service fees. Completed the job in 45 minutes, and showed us how to caulk around the sink. This is probably the fourth job they have done for us, and we are really pleased with their work.

It went very well.  They followed up due to some problems that they were able to correct.  I would use them for future items also.  They were very professional and answered all my questions. They were very easy to work with.  The plumber they sent out was very good.
