"We unfortunately had a pipe burst during the extreme low temperatures at the end of January, and essentially had to have most of our dining room and living room dismantled and put back together. The job entailed removal of cabinets/ sink/countertops, removal of molded/ wet drywall, installation of proper insulation per permitting requirements, installation of drywall, painting, and resetting everything back in place. That is because whenever Brian said he would come, he did... he worked efficiently through the project so that a construction that some general contractors would have stretched out 3 months, he completed in 2 weeks which included the permit process.
