He explained the process of the installation, how long the project would take, etc. He was in communication with me and gave me updates as the project moved forward. Gary is very personable, reliable and I got the sense that he truly enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent workmanship. I cant say enough good things about the installer. He was polite, precise and a hard worker. His attention to detail was impressive. He prepped the area and cleaned up the area when he was finished. His workmanship is outstanding. "pulled up old floor, cleaned it and laid the tile it was a two day job.  they were punctual and tidy.. The kitchen job meant pulling out four tiles and replacing the worn out with new.  it went great and they now look great.
