He did an excellent job of communicating, which is very important to us. This was true when he scheduled a plumber & electrician for the bathroom, as well. Ours was a complete bathroom remodel & Brian paid attention to all of the details —flooring, shower, soaking tub, vanity, mirror & lighting. If there were unanticipated decisions to be made, he always asked us before moving forward. We encountered several setbacks for materials that were NO fault of Brian’s, which delayed the completion of the bathroom, but he continued to maintain his high standard of skills & workmanship. We appreciated his work ethic, & the beauty of the new bathroom & flooring are worth the wait! Gary, the owner, arranged a time to look at my project, discuss what I would like done, made suggestions and answered all of my questions. His quote was very reasonable. He explained the process of the installation, how long the project would take, etc. He was in communication with me and gave me updates as the project moved forward. Gary is very personable, reliable and I got the sense that he truly enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent workmanship. I cant say enough good things about the installer. He was polite, precise and a hard worker. His attention to detail was impressive. He prepped the area and cleaned up the area when he was finished. His workmanship is outstanding. My new backsplash is stunning. I would not hesitate hiring Footprint Floors in the future."

"Said did a great job on my flooring installation project. The job required laying vinyl planks on a concrete floor, and moving and reconnecting a stacked washer dryer. Said provided a very competitive quote and was highly professional and communicative. As I supplied the materials, he kindly let me know exactly what to purchase. He was flexible with scheduling, and took a 50% deposit as we got closer to the project date, with the rest paid after completion. I am planning to hire Said for another, larger job in the future. Highly recommend his services!"
