"These guys are awesome!! Eli installed a keypad lock for my disabled daughter’s new apartment. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and devoted to making sure my lock worked and that I was happy with the result. He walked me through the instructions and made sure the lock worked as it should before leaving. I knew his schedule was really busy but he made me feel like I was the only customer he had that day. Lock bumping is a technique locksmiths use to quickly and quietly open a pin tumbler lock, typically found in most types of deadbolts. It involves inserting a specially crafted key, or bump key, into the lock and tapping or "bumping" it with a mallet or similar tool. The force applied causes the lock's pins to jump momentarily, allowing the lock to be turned and opened. Unfortunately, thieves also use this technique to break into homes.
