Deadbolt would no longer open on front door. Service person was on time, explained everything with excellent physical distancing practices. Turned out that the deadbolt was broken so even though it was late on a very hot day, he replaced the deadbolt on the front door and then the back door deadbolt and knob with locks made with brass and steel(no plastic parts) for a very reasonable price. I would definitely hire again.

Integrity Locksmith was easy to work with. I was very impressed that they were able to accommodate me so quickly and fit me into the schedule the same day that I called. It was a Pella storm door lock that had broken. It took them 25 minutes to get it open, and then they determined it could not be fixed. They said they would look for another, and they found one, and installed it. It went very well - great service and fair price.

Jessie at Integrity Locksmith asked me to text him a photo of the existing lock, was super helpful in answering my questions, and helped me find a retailer that could sell me a replacement lock. He was unbelievably helpful, even though he knew I might not even need his locksmith services. Finding someone who is willing to go out of his way to help is rare these days. Our front door handle never worked from the day we moved into our house and we didn't have a key for it. The lock fixture is not a standard lock -- it is old, big, and decorative. Removing the whole thing would have meant repainting the front door, etc.
I called Integrity, got an appointment easily, and the locksmith came at the defined time. He was able to repair the exist door handle from the inside (he said it was never installed correctly) and re-key the deadbolt (which was also not really installed correctly before). The whole process took about an hour. He was super friendly and professional -- and nice to our overzealous Labrador "helper".
