Calvin came out on short notice, was a great communicator, was timely and professional. We were able to discuss the repair over the phone, which was a knob replacement on an original house front door. He gave us a heads up on his arrival time, was prompt and clear about what the charges would be, including offering suggestions to reduce cost and increase security. Fast and affordable.

We were grateful that Calvin was able to get to our home as quickly as he did, within a half hour of when I put out my inquiry. He was friendly and got our deadbolt issue resolved on the spot. He not only unlocked it but did some extra work to get it operating more easily. It's working much better than before today's episode. I'm hanging onto his card as he will be my go-to locksmith now.
