The really nice chair that required hand cleaning looks brand new. We can't believe it. I thought the dining chairs were beyond hope and they exceeded my expectations. "We just moved into a 10 year old house, and opted for getting the carpets professionally steam cleaned rather than replacement. There were pretty severly worn with visible traffic patterns and some stains. It did not appear the carpets had been cleaned in a long while. We had first attempted to use a rug-doctor ourselve, with unsatisfactory results. We had Jeff (owner of the company) come by and clean two living rooms downstairs and the stair case as a trial, and we liked the result so much we had him come back to do the upstairs bedrooms and hallway. He even came by on a saturday morning to accomodate our very busy weekday schedules. The carpets obvisouly dont look brand new, but it is a significant improvement. This has definitely changed our minds about needing to replace the carpet in the near future."
