We just moved into a 10 year old house, and opted for getting the carpets professionally steam cleaned rather than replacement. There were pretty severly worn with visible traffic patterns and some stains. It did not appear the carpets had been cleaned in a long while. We had first attempted to use a rug-doctor ourselve, with unsatisfactory results. We had Jeff (owner of the company) come by and clean two living rooms downstairs and the stair case as a trial, and we liked the result so much we had him come back to do the upstairs bedrooms and hallway. He even came by on a saturday morning to accomodate our very busy weekday schedules. The carpets obvisouly dont look brand new, but it is a significant improvement. This has definitely changed our minds about needing to replace the carpet in the near future.

Jeff was flexible in how much I wanted done in each room and was very upfront that not all stains can be removed. He kept to his quote and even lowered it when he saw the sections I described by phone. He was very professional, on time, and did not have to reschedule the date. I would recommend and will use again.

It was an excellent experience. Jeff quoted a price over the phone and stuck to it. He returned calls promptly, showed up on time and was very nice to deal with.

Jeff did an excellent job!! I suffer from migraines & I had one the day that he was cleaning the carpets. He even cleaned my bedroom carpet first so that I could lay down while he was cleaning the carpets in the rest of the house. He spent extra time on the areas that were really bad. They look great!!!

HE WAS ON TIME, GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND COMPLETED THE WORK JUST LIKE WE AGREED UPON. HE ALSO PAID SPECIAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL FOR A FEW TROUBLED SPOTS ON MY CARPETS. I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT HE DOES, AND HE IS PLEASANT TO BE AROUND. I WILL HIRE HIM BACK NEXT YEAR! THE PRICE INCLUDES AN $8 TIP.
