She was friendly, helpful with design, measurements for supplies and very responsive with communication by phone, text and email. I was very impressed by her efficiency. "4 days after moving into our new townhome we dicovered a toilet flange had been leaking, for some time, and caused the subfloor below it to rot. We had to tear out some tiles, and install new subfloor. We had some tile left over from the original owner, and needed someone to install them. Talked to Jessie at Precision Tile, and fortunately he could come the next day. He did a great job of quickly installing backer board, thinset, Tile and grout at a fair price. Tile turned out great, and we were able to reset the toilet. Unfortunately the grout wasn't a perfect match with the old grout, but that was corrected with a grout colorant product. Overall very satisfied."

"We had a small kitchen backsplash project with ceramic and glass tile and aluminum trim. Alex fit us in on his day off and did an excellent job. We hadn't picked the right grout and he helped us get the right type even though it may have slowed him down. The job was all done in one morning and it looks great! Even though it was a smaller job Alex was very conscientious and took the time to do it right. I would definitely use him again and refer him to others."

"I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Star Bath Systems! From the beginning, the customer service was excellent. Once I started with the project designer to come up with a plan for my master bath remodel - she was so knowledgeable & helpful that it made the design process a breeze. When it came to remodel week, they were not only extremely timely, but also very clean… what a relief! The grout and tiles came out so pretty and I was so incredibly happy I went with them! Thanks again, Star Bath! Highly recommend!"
