Footprints Floors installed new tile flooring in our basement and we couldn't be happier with the result! Our interactions with Carson (the owner) were fantastic. He confirmed what time he'd be arriving ahead of time, stepped through the work that would be done, detailing leveling and waterproofing efforts his team would complete, did not rush us even though we had numerous questions, and provided an accurate quote for the work. The install went very smoothly as well because Carson arrived the first two days with his team members to ensure we were all on the same page regarding leveling work, tile orientation, etc. Team members were friendly, communicated any questions they had right away, arrived on time each morning, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Carson's professionalism and pride in his team's work is evident, and his clear communication throughout the project made us feel like our project was a priority.

Footprints Flooring did amazing work refinishing our hardwood floors. The customer service was responsive, respectful, extremely polite, and passionate about their work. The dust post-sanding was minimal and the quality exceptional. It only took two and a half days to finish the entire upstairs of our home (900sq ft).
