"Not impressed. The saleman was great, didn't get to deal with him again. They called to schedule the install they said between 8-10AM, the workers showed up around 3PM, which was difficult since they didn't speak any english. The contractor showed up about a half hour later with no explanation or call for the delay. I cancelled a meeting to be there. They said they would be on site the whole time and have a QA after, once the balance was paid they disappeared. I just happened to see the work truck leave, without any notice. Went outside, had to move everything back in place that they said they would do. Picked up a pieces of metal and nails all around the house, still have several on top of the clear roof of pergola. Just disapointed with the amount Debella charges, you should get more for you $. Could have gone cheaper or done it myself, but the salesman was good. DeBella says customer service is #1...not so much."

"Initially, things went OK. After the work was completed, there were several issues with the install; pickets hung crooked, property was destroyed (workers stepped on and bent newly installed gutters and downspouts), and one gate was repositioned in a different spot without my approval which rendered my neighbors gate inoperable as well as interfered with the external dryer vent on my house. I contacted the owner of the company (Julian) and the issues were tended to, although it took several days. The fence did not fare well through the winter, however. I phoned Julian in March to tell him that the back gate was falling apart and would not stay closed due to the latch being improperly installed. I asked him to take a look at it and get back to me. I patiently waited for him, but after 5 weeks of nothing, I phoned again and left a message indicating that he had exactly 10 days to attend to the matter. In that time frame, more pickets from the fence and gate fell off. Apparently, the workers stapled the pickets on with inappropriately sized fasteners. The owner texted me on the 10th day stating that he would come to fix the fence and gate and gave me a date. At 2pm on that date, no one had shown up. I received a text at 8pm stating that he had been by to fasten all the pickets and would be back on Saturday to fix the gate. It's Saturday and he has not been here. Currently, the gate is completely unusable and utterly unsightly. He reattached the pickets haphazardly and they scrape the driveway. I am shocked at how negligent he has been throughout the whole process and regret the day I hired him. I have pictures of this disgrace. I should also mention that this was not an inexpensive project. But I paid 100% more than what it was worth."

Miguel did a great job managing all the work whether it be the internal teams to Precision Exteriors Restoration (siding, roofing, etc.), along with the external teams (Gutter Helmet, HVAC, etc.). We (my wife) also decided to make a major color change with our siding and Miguel went above and beyond to provide us samples, along with walking us through how to use an application (HOVER) that provides a 3d view and shows how the siding would match the roofing, etc. Miguel made great recommendations regarding color, accents, and suggested we wrap some of the cedar trim around our garage doors and a post in the front and it turned out amazing; would have never thought to do it.
