At Zen Windows, we think that finding replacement windows and doors for your home should be a simple, pleasant experience. The owner, Steve, will work closely with you via e-mail and phone to help you find the best solution for your window project without ever having a salesperson visit your home. We have our own in house installers. We believe in our products and installers and thus provide a lifetime warranty on both the labor and material of your windows and doors.

Very helpful in identifying window choices and answering questions without pressure to sign. Prices were competitive for quality and performance-rated windows, allowing me to make the best choice. The lead times were as identified. The Installation crew was respectful, timely and careful, the workmanship was top notch. I especially appreciated that after a rain delay, the focus was on "doing it the right way" vs. quick and gone. The windows look great and feel solid. I would highly recommend Steve at Zen for window and patio door replacement.

No intrusive, mandatory on-site visit to give an estimate. Rough quote was over email. Steve from Zen Windows had great communication and was very informative and personable. Installers were equally as personable and professional. Job was done quickly and my patio door they installed looks great. Would absolutely recommend.

It was wonderful to work with Steve and his Zen Windows and Doors installation crew, Eric and Austin, from start to finish. The price, quality of the SoftLite sliding glass door and professional installation are outstanding. If I ever need new windows I will certainly be contacting Steve @ Zen Windows and Doors to do the replacement.

I am so pleased that I selected Zen to replace my basement sliding patio door. Steve was very knowledgeable, and answered all the questions that my wife and I had about the available doors and the installation process, and remained communicative all throughout. On the scheduled day, his install team arrived on time, removed our old door, and installed the new one within a day, and it passed city inspection without issue. The install team cleaned up very well after themselves. The price point Zen offered for our new triple-pane patio door was well underneath all of the proposed prices from other contractors who were looking to install a double-pane patio door, doors that would not have qualified for the federal tax credit. Steve has asked that once we receive the warranty from the door manufacturer, that we forward him a copy for Zen to keep in their records to ensure that if something goes wrong with the door, they will be able to work with the manufacturer in a timely manner to make things right. I can't help but be impressed with Zen's level of commitment to stand behind their workmanship, and be held accountable along with the door manufacturer in the rare case that something goes wrong. I would wholeheartedly recommend Zen to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

Zen Windows and specifically Steve was pleasure to work with on our window replacement project. We received 5 quotes from local companies, all came highly recommended. Steve was responsive, quick to share quoting information, and his pricing happened to be the most competitive. He was also the only one that didn't need to come to our house until after we agreed to move forward (major plus). Project was just completed last week, about 12 weeks from original order placement. Very professional crew, both clearly skilled installers, excellent job done. Also offered a discount if project was paid in full upfront, which resulted in several hundred off. In total, we ordered three Soft-Lite triple pane windows (One picture and two triple panel/casement). Our total came in multiple thousand less than the next best quote. Cannot recommend Steve and his team enough.

I had a window that was cracked in a storm. Many places did not want to come to replace a single window. Zen Windows had no issue with that and worked with us throughout the process to make replacing the window easy and efficiently. The window met our needs and looks great.

This is the second time we've worked with Steve and Zen, and the experience is always great. The the timelines are clear and articulated in advance, the guys that came out to install were friendly and incredibly efficient, walking us through any questions/concerns/suggestions and they cleaned up perfectly when they were done. Steve and crew did a fantastic job on our windows. Lucas & Conner were courteous and professional installers. We had all windows replaced in our house, and the price for triple pane windows was cheaper than quotes from the other companies for double pane. A++

I did my due diligence and researched three companies of high review with varying price points on windows. I was inundated by the sales force from two of the companies trying to woo me with gifts and the sales pressure was overwhelming. Zen Windows gave me excellent information and did not try to pressure me. Information provided and allowed me to do further research and come to an informed decision. Best of all the windows I selected were a good quality and at a price point that seemed reasonable. I’m very pleased with the installation and effectiveness of the sound reduction.

It was great working with Steve for our window replacement. Being able to get a quote without having someone come over was very convenient. The price we got from Zen Windows was about 20% less than other quotes we got for the same window manufacturer. Steve was quick to respond to all of our questions and was very helpful. The installation was done very well and the installers were friendly, helpful, and cleaned up the debris. We will definitely be using Zen Windows when we need our other windows replaced.

With Zen windows we were able to replace with triple pane windows for half of the price that I received a quote for double pane. I particularly appreciated the very detailed line by line quote minus the games played by other window sale schemes of some of their competitors. My windows no longer have condensation during cold weather. Added bonus of providing a much better sound barrier. Highly recommend.
